Y'know, some time back we blog about how an unethical supplier sold us out by releasing our very first manufactured design (yes, ours truly design, not plagiarized from anywhere) which left us stumped and mortified.

And whoever EVER thought that having a BS was easy breezy, you are never more wrong.. But that's another story altogether...

So anyway, not to digress any further, the purpose of this entry is to warn our valued and beloved shoppers to be careful where you bought the Juliet's Love Letter top from.. And if you have guessed it by now, yes, our other supplier sold our manufactured items to other BSes... like again?! For crying out loud! Have mercy on us Lorddddd.... >.<

The problem with these pieces that are sold to other BSes is that they are DEFECTIVE, albeit some having only minor flaws.

But we still return them anyway because our customers pay good money for our manufactured pieces and we have no qualms in doing whatever that is within our means to ascertain that our customers are not being short-changed in any way and nothing is being compromised.  Yes, we do check our pieces properly before we mail it out to our buyers cos we are shoppers too and we know how much hassle it is to do exchanges.

We have NO IDEA which BSes the supplier sold to but we just wanna pre-empt our customers that if you buy our Juliet's Love Letter top from elsewhere, it is plausible you might get a defective piece..maybe the defect could be small and you might not notice it.. but to us, it is a flaw because we know how the original piece looks like and it's not like those we returned.
